GRADUATE SCHOOL OF AMERICAN STUDIES

With over 85,000 volumes, most of which are in the English language, the library of the Center for American Studies is one of the best in Asia devoted to the United States. The full collection of books and research materials is available to the faculty and students of Doshisha University, and of other universities in Japan. The collection is constantly expanded, and new materials can be immediately ordered to meet the needs of incoming students.

3.If an item is damaged or lost, borrowers are liable for charges incurred to repair or replace the item.
4. Borrowers may be requested to return of checked out books in case of immediate need of others.

Library Copy Service

The Library Copy Service offers a number of alternatives for users who wish to copy or duplicate their own or library materials. These include:

Self-service copier: 10 yen per copy
Microform reader-printer: 20 yen per copy (Doshisha)
Microform reader-printer: 50 yen per copy (Non-Doshisha)
